How to file a case for False 498A & against whom

Our trial for 498A has already started...Kindly advise me the process for filing case against girl, her parents & witnesses in the false 498A case...

Please advise me :

1. what section should I impose on them

2. Is this a crminal case too??

3. Can i claim in monetary reimbursion for the defamation caused to us

Most importantly if she has done has done a case on 5 members from the inlaws side, Can any 2 people file the case against her for doing a false 498A????? Is approval of other 3 members also needed???

Please assist.

At this stage concentrate on getting yourself acquitted of the charges.

If you are acquitted from the case, you can file a case for compensation on the ground of malicious prosecution within one year from the date of acquittal.

Yes you can file a case on acquital, under Defamation in civil for compasaction and also crimil proceding,for punishment , and also u/s 340 of Crpc but first you have to engage any advocate of even you can ask you advocate who is defending you in the said trail.Remember half knowledg is always danger
