Hi friends as students we daily write lots of academic papers and other things. The citation is a compulsory thing in writing research papers, assignments and etc. But it's so difficult to memorize all citation styles, formats and guidelines. We search different consultants help for making our citation. But there is vancouver style citation machine available. This machine makes proper citation format is seconds in every style and format.

The best way is not to jump into cradle of case laws and swing into position. Firstly the claims should be fully explained and the weakness of the defence should be exposed naked, and evidence for and against should be made crystal clear. Dont waste time by citing relevant or irrelevant court decided cases through out Indian High Courts and Supreme Court.Precedents are required to aid the logic in argument and it is this logic the counsel should builds up his case. If the logic is sound there is no need to convince the judge with show of precedents.If the logic bring the facts within the limit of statue, it matters little whether there is authority or no authority to support, as the judge is expected to give his judgment without barrowing from others. Statue laws and the sience of jurisprudence are enough for the judge. It is only when the judge doubts his logic of legal exposition, citation becomes necessary, and that too the best and the most relvant one preferably an authorative one. Citation is only for the purpose of drawing additional support to a point of argument expounded with reasons, otherwise it will be an expidition into the jungle of case laws that leads to wilderness. In making citation select only the relevant passages and project the same to the judge not merely by reading but explaining how the pinciples support the argument. Beware that at times citation recoils and backlash to the party making the citation, as precedents made was in complete different facts and becomes irrelevant.Marshal the facts first and built up the case with reasons and logic supported by case laws that is best suited to the case.
