When the matter is already entrusted to Advocate, unnecessary worry and interference may strain relations between client and advocate.  Trust your advocate and let him do the professional thing without doubting his competency.

It's a Petition and not Complaint by the Defendant.    Obviouslt it must be Criminal Miscrllaneous Petition.

Complaint can only be filed by the Court which is rare.    Your premature panic is unwarranted.

Courts are slow to act in such cases.    Every lie of the Witness is not taken by courts seriously.      And I support this because mostly these are inadvertant and not dishonest.

Nevertheless confirm yourself that your witnesses are true.

Approach lawyersclubindia when time is ripe.

Shri GLN Prasad reposes competence and trust on Advocates extravagantly.     They're generally mean.

I disagree, 50% of the advocates just trap the clients. Best weapon is knowledge, at first on the part of client, and it is not so hard task as internet and IT is fashion these days.

Best weapon is money.     Knowledge is the most useless weapon.

An honest person doesn't deserve justice.

Judges pose, "Am I a fool to dispense justice without money?"

No money?    Justice is dispensed with.
