How to correct Survey number in Patta document in CHENNAI

I took a property from one of the reputed builders who applied for Patta on behalf of me. When we got the patta, noticed that the survey number mentioned in the sale deed is not matching in the patta. How do I get this corrected? The originals of sale deed is with Bank as it was taken under the loan. Thanks for your help in advance.

U take back original records from bank.if loan is cleared .then rectify sale deed.in sub registrar office.

First consult VAO and see the FMB sketch. If your sale deed is correct, you give application to Tahsidar to coorect the Patta S. Nos .
