How to convert my cast from bc-b to bc-e

I'm Muslim.I want to change my sub caste from dudekula to muslim i.e from BC-B to BC-E. is it possible to change, if I do so, does it have any effect on selection of govt jobs,do they recognise it and expel from appointing the post?

You earn your caste on birth, not by caste manufacturing workshop.

Certain things are by birth which you cannot change, such as your natural parents and your caste which is usually the caste of your father not even your mother.
