Dear Sir ,
As one director of company submited resignation letter recently and want to keep his share (50%) ,i would like to close down the company . I have 50 % share with me and we have not been submitted any ROC to the registrar since incorporated on 2011. Please adivce the procedure for shutting down in an easy way.
