How precious a human life is!!!!!

Dear All,

In view of the unfortunate suicide by the mother of Late Ms.Geetika Sharma with heavy heart I would like to seek indulgence of my fellow esteemed legal fraternity, collegues and friends in view of the Directive Principles of the State and paramount duty of the State to provide security to the life and limbs of its citizens.  What ought to have been the done by the Government machinery to prevent such a invaluable loss of life which is a blot on any civilized society.

In addition what needs to be done so that the remaining two family member being the father and brother of Late Ms.Geetika Sharma can live their lives keeping their heads high with self esteem ensuring that the law takes its own course.

In view of the above facts your views are sought what should have been the best way forward should the court in its writ jurisdiction, PIL should step in or "STATE" as per article 12 of the Constitution should respond proactively.

Thanks and best regards

Daksh
