Dear LCI Experts,
My wife filled divorce case . I Filled Cr.P.C sec 340 after filling counter reply for the main petition.
Then Majistrate ordered to my wife to file counter in Cr.P.C Sec 340 for reply.
While the same time Can I file second application in Cr.P.C section 340 which the points was not covered in previous petition?
Kindly guide me sir,

You cannot file a second application on the same cause of action especially when the previous petition is pending disposal. Moreover it will appear to fill up lacuna of the previous application. Your second application will be likely to be rejected. Dont venture into any such act because this may adversely impact the previous case too.
