Mutual consent divorce was filed. Wife received lumpsum amount on the first motion. 498A is pending in Mumbai HC. Wife wriggle out. She didnt appear for second motion. Mutual consent Divorce petition was dismissed. Husband filed 13 (ia) (ib). Its going on. SHe made an affidavit in Pune Court, for taking back her complaint which is pending in Mumbai HC. But she didnt appear before the HC. Now the question is how husband can quashed his case which is pending in HC?

Thank you Kapil sir and chandana, I am doughtful for 482. Does the HC has powers to quash if its pending before the same court?
