Housing Loan related

Sir I have filed a divorce case against my wife in year 2016 which is running under the honourable court. I have a Male child aged about 4 years. I am also giving interim maintenance Rs 8000/_ ( Rs 5000 to wife and Rs 3000 for male child who is staying with her)per month as per the order of court.The final decision of divorce is still pending in the court. Now I want to buy a flat in Delhi from loan on my name. I am a govt employee working in PSU bank. Sir please tell me whether my wife or child can claim on that flat which will be on loan or will it be free from all claim? Please answer
