Dear Sir,
I have purchased an apartment in Chennai, funding is through bank. Sale deed and Construction agreement has been registered. The problem is the Apartment number in the constuction agreement is incorrect (Instead of S2 its S1). My neighbors apartment numer is S1 which is correct.
Now since I have gone through bank all my documents are with them. In this scenario can I go for a rectification deed and correct the apartment number? Is there any other we how I can get this rectfied as in future if i want to sell should not face any problems.
