Home loan

Sir / Madam We have taken a home loan from a renowned private NBFC Co. in India. We are staying in Kolkata. We had taken a loan for Rs 2. 00 Cror . Unfortunately due to close of business we have been unable to replay the loan. Almost around 13-14 EMI are over-due. We are asking time from the bank to again restart repayment soon from April - May 2017. However, they have give us 13(2) notice and also taken Symbolic possession of our property on 15 March 2017. Now they are saying, that today 31 March is the last day. and they will auction the property and are asking us to empty the place or they will sell it like this only. Please advise ? We are in tension and problems. We are trying to start repayment of EMI from April or May 2017 and will clear the old dues shortly. But the bank people are saying to repay the old due first and pay the full amount upfront.
