Sir/ma'am,
I want to take Home Loan on Grandparents property which is undivided and i want to take Loan in the name of my father. Any suggested legal process which i have to follow, please suggest me.
The property shaould be partitioned and transferred in the name of share holders only the you can secure loan on the property comming as share to your father.
However if the all the other share holders would jointly sign the documents the you cansecure the otherwise the bank will not accept the application for loan
