DDA FLAT IN DELHI\
A buys property aprtment in 1998 and give on rent. He was out of station so orginal documents were with the Relative B.
B kept C as Tenant in the house of A and keep sending money to A.
Suddenly B come on nefarious and mean motives. As C tenant knew him B told not to pay the rent to A as B has documents.
As B is taking property rent and giving it to A. Now B stop paying to A.
A went to police and file a complaint and to Police the C said he has paid rent to B and vacate the house.
B enters into house after vacation and injured A s son. and Filed a suit from injunction immidiately in local court.
Here B in his suit said he has paid for the property. But Now A is facing damages and forced to live on rent.
What remedy are available to A. Police is sold out
