Hold on ferfar for transfer of property by registered doc.

Can family member object on legal registered document's ferfar and keep on hold?

I have gifted property to my spouse by registered gift deed and Talhati kept it's ferfar on hold as my other family members raise objection to that. Property came from grand father to father and father transfered to me and my bro. I have transfered my share to my spouse name. My Bro is enjoying his share but want to raise litigation on my property.

How to proceed pls guide.
