Read 15/10/2015 SC judgement where daughters are taken back to medieval ages.

Its a correct judgement by Supereme Court. The amendment to include women as equal share partner in property was introduced in Sep 2005, and that cann't be applied retrospecticly i.e. if the father has died before 2005, then women cannot ask for any share incase there is no will.

Its a perfect judgement by Supreme court
