If hindu father sells ancestral property including the undivided share of his minor son for his vices and delivers possession to purchaser, can minor file suit for possession of his share and partition without asking for cancellation of sale deed executed by father

Father is natural gaurdian he has right to dispose property for family benifit. He can file suit for partition for remaining property only if father spends money illegal purposes
