Hindi divorce order and decree english version needed

Dear Sir, One of my NRI friend got divorce in UP. He has divorce order and decree but both of them are in Hindi. Since divorce order and decree both are in Hindi not acceptable in USA. Please suggest how he may get english version of divorce order and decree.

He has to get them translated from official translators in India and then get it attested from consular Section of MEA at Patiala House in New delhi. It will then be notorised in Indian embassy in USA and further notorised by Foreign Ministry of USA. Only then it will be approved.
