Request the Forum members to provide past Judgement Soft Copies if any of any Courts which has granted Highest monthly amount as maintenance u/s 125 Cr.P.C?
In assessing the amount of maintenance, the court takes into account various factors like position and liabilities of the husband / son as case may be hence asked que. is difficult to search from thousands of citations across pan India and then answer so to speak and then there are various State Amendments which is also binding in such decisions.
What is the purpose behind such que?
If you are one of the applicant spouse then present the facts and your needs and evidences thereof Court will automatically see into it and grant accordingly.
However if you are receiving end and a respondent spouse then in my opinion no point giving hint to Court that in such and such case of such and such State this much highest was paid hence award this amount from me to pay to my spouse.
