High court bench

What is the necessity of a bench,coz now a days in every area of odisha demand for a high court bench in their respective areas.

basa saab, first of all thanks for interest in my post,

sir from western u.p. the highcourt is more then  'eight hundred ' kilometer away (however the supreme court is just with in hundred kilometer )& a person kill there 2 days in journey and  justice is delay !so in the interest of justice HIGH COURT bench is must in western u.p.!
