My original driving license document was collected by traffic police personnel during driving without helmet. They said it will be handover to mobile court. You have to pay a fine after a week, then collect the same from court.
My question is;
I fully agreed by mistake and ready to pay a fine.
1) How he can collect my original document? Is it legal?
2) Why i have to pay a fee after a week?
