My query is our new construction building has compound wall of 5 feet.and the builder has given another fencing of 2 feet after we complained that the neighbouring slums people climb up the wall.But still the problem persist as they break the fencing wire and enter premises . this is not at all safe for residents.The builder doesn't wish yo co operate and make a wall instead of fencing .
Is there any rule as such where the builder has to give compound wall of minimum feet ? if yes how many feet tall it has to be ? can we compell the builder to give us the wall as per rule ?
