Hi,
My name is Kumaravasanth, i have already posted a question in this forum and waiting for a response of the same. After that it seems that there is a harassment memo given on me by the girls family members. Could someone please let me know what would happen in this case, if a harassment memo is given. I am really running out of time, someone please explain what might happen so that i can make some arrangements for the same.

1. Hire an advocate.
2. You should truthfully reply to alleged allegations back to them via your advocate.
3. If demand raised then return the 2 L + loan for car or car itself to them with witness signature.
4. Then sit with them to discuss future of their daughters marriage as to what they want for her from you now!

Thank you so much for the info sir,
But i have a few more queries :
Can they arrest me for this by filing an FIR.
To be frank i had not harassed the girl at any moment, but they have filed it.
My lawyer says that i might get arrested for this thing. What can i tell him to do.
