My mother has multiple property near pune which was on the name of his father and mother (both passed away).
in year 1950 my mother signed hakkasod patra for the same. at that time some propery (land) are sold out.
some property sill on her father and mother name which is not sold.
Now they created powerof attorney in year 2012 and taken my mothers signature.
we want to cacel the power of attorny as well as hakkasod para..
Family background :----
Mother age :- 60 Yrs
my mother has - two brother, one sister.
Also she is un-educated......
Please suggest the procedure for the same
