My flat was in name of P.V Shah Huf and my father Pravinbhai expired, but he has written in the “WILL” that the flat should be transferred to his son Mr K P Shah, but Society is not willing to transferred stating that HUF Flat can not be transferred to Son because son is also a co-parcener in it. Father is only a "karta" of HUF.and He is not absolute owner of the flat. HUF-father cannot transfer the flat to son by writing an instrument of "Will". Son and other co-parceners have to get partitioned and see that son gets this flat as his share and there
