How do I add my wife's name (who is from a non farming family) to my agricultural land in Gujarat?

Ask revenue department o Gujarat .as she is your wife give petition to revenue department .

When the family head is having agricultural land the members of his family who is enjoying the cultiavation benefits/ownership are also eligible for the same rights as that of the family head. Contact Tehasildar for due mutation. You have to execute the necessary title deed for that purpose and get the name mutated on the basis of that deed.
