Hi All ,
How can I come to know that on what grounds the accused got bail , which document ( name ?) I need to get to understand the grounds and things that were presented in front of the Judge /court to gt the Bail
Is it case diary , which document will tell these details , and how can a complainaint get the copy of these documents ..
