Grand Mother's Property to her Daughter Alone? or Grand Children also has a share in grand mother's property ? There is no WILL by grand mother.
We are a hindu Family, My grand Mother has property which was given to her by her Husband [Grand father] through his 'Will'
after my Grand Mother ,will my Mother who is the only Daughter of her will be getting the full Property? or we as a Grand Children has the share in the property too??? My Grand Mother did NOT write any Will,she left the property as it was given to her by her husband.
