Grand daughter's right on grand father's property

Hi Good Morning,

My Name is rathnanjali i have one sister.

My grand father self aquired property distributed equally for his four sons and my father is one of them.

My sister and I got the marriage and I want the share from my father on the property which he got from his father.

Please let me know can I file a suite against my father for the equal share of me/my sister/and my father.
