From the past eight years , i am enjoying a property which is classified as GRAM KHANTAM or VILLAGE SITE in RSR Book.Eight years back i took EKSAL patta from the revenue people.EKSAL means only for one year but i have been updating my name in the ADANGAL book.This year i had sown maize crop in that field.Now the revenue people are asking me to vacate the land as it belongs to government.But the filed is very far from the mandal quarters and more over that land is of no use to the government.Now what to do in this case , shall i approach the civil court and get the legal relief.Kindly suggest me in this regard.Does EASEMENT ACT apply in this case.
