Govt. generating scrap at police/ forest dept's.

Dear All

Lot of Vehicles seized by Police / Forest departments related to various illegal transportations becoming scrap and useless.  Indian Law & Judiciary need to update from time to time to overcome the losses being generated through the departments.

Why don’t government lay immediate heavy penalty in such cases instead of seizing the vehicles and generating scrap. Which is loss to the owner as well as the government? do some thing, but not lead to waste in the interest of public as well the nation.
