Dear Shree,

all the three CEC are equal in the eyes of law so unless there's a bonafide cause for removal of any one of them, no action should be taken.

GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT ACCEPT THE RECOMMENDATIONS.

IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.,

IT IS BIASED.

IIT IS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED.

IT IS MADE WITH MALAFIDE INTENTION & ULTERIOR

WAS THE CEC SLEEPING TILL NOW ON THE ISSUE AND NOW RAISING ALL HUE AND CRY TOWARDS THE FAG END OF HIS TERM.

I m having different view sir

I my opinion this is a very respected post and it should not be Political

But now Mr. Chawla become Political as well as   disputed

To save democracy and public faith it should be batter   to .................

And I can firmly say there must be some thing because some commissioner resigns today and now he is cong. Candidate for lok saba .

It is like a prosecutor resigning from the post to be an advocate.

While election stands in its treshold and the tenure of the CEC is going to over, the suomotu action initiate by CEC shows his discord only to CE.Rejecting  the recommendation is the relavant decision at this time.  CEC has also  no suo motu power to initiate against EC
