A)
Can someone provide references to good audio transcripttion companies in and around Eastern Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad?
I wanted to transcribe about 12 hours of audio which are in English and Hindi.
B)
Also should the transcripttion be in hindi or english if the matter is to be brought to courts in Delhi?
The audio is mostly in hindi (95%) with bits of english.
C)
Is there a particular format that is required by court?
D) I would like to have soft copies of the transcripttion.

Place your raw material in court with a copy of the same and request to send the same to a govt approved transription company who gives authentic record. It is better as the case of yours is in court.

How do we go about giving the audio files in court? I do not want the opposite side to know about it to keep the element of surprise. Do we file a separate application to the judge with a set of DVDs?
I would like the audio files to be considered as primary evidence, however the original files are uploaded in a server and not stored in a device in my posession? I have the downloaded copies of it.
The company which provides service of storing audio files in their server directly wants me to share my user id/password with investigative agencies/FSL.
This appears strange to me.
How should I get around the problem?
