My father wishes to gift me his car (2011 model) in New Delhi.
Upon inquiring with someone at RTO office they say fill form 29 and form 30.
Is a gift deed not required? Gift deed and N.O.C from father (owner).
What about registration of this gift deed? Is that required? Isn't an unregistered gift deed invalid?

for movable gift deed is not necessary. The RTO authorities said is ok. fill in those forms and it will be transfered in your favour.
