Gift deed execution

Dear Sir/Madam,

My aunty is gifting me a flat in a building under redevelopment.

To make the gift deed irrevocable , do we need to mention any clause explicitly?

Also Is it fine if the donee pays the registration charges and Stamp duty for the same.

Please provide your valuable guidance.

If the property is in the name of your aunty then she can gift her property in favour of you by making registered gift deed, execute it in your favour by doing mutation, it is irrevocable, for paying of registration charges anyone of you can pay, it doesn't make any legal issue .
