Gift deed

I have a doubt regarding the gift deed properties which they doesn't have link documents ...
my question is
do the bankers may give mortgage loan towards the gift deed property
if they registered the property from their fore fathers....as mentioned in documents literally

A Registered Gift deed is a proper document of title to the property.  Banks accept properties that devolved to the borrower via Gift Deed, provided their Panel Lawyer examines all the relevant papers and gives a Certificate that a proper Mortgage can be put through by the borrower.

Members are not competent to advise you and it is the Bank's advocate that has to go through link document, revenue records etc., and has to provide clear opinion.  Other's opinion rarely counts for the bank.
