Gift dead

I want to transfer my BPTP Floor, in Faridabad, Haryana to my mother . As of now I am the sole owner of the property , now I want to make her the sole owner . what | understood is that Gift deed is the best option . May I know the stamp duty charges if any or total charges need to pay or there is other options available for minimum charges?

Dear sir,

Stamp duty for gift deed differs from state to state. However gift deed will carry lowest expenses to transfer property to your brother. Contract local advocate who can registered the deed.
