Getting the belongings

I have filed divorce against my partner and the case is going on. My personal belongings are in their house. Is there any legal way to get them before the case is closed?

If you are proceeding for divorce by mutual consent, then you can definitely claim your belongings at the time of preparation of mutually agreed terms and conditions for divorce. Else, you have to make an application before the Court claiming your belongings in order to avoid misuse at the hands of your wife.
