Hi all,

 

Is it necessary more than one act / sections for one relief.  examples to my little knowlege :- 

Dowry harrassment - 498(A), DP act.

Maintanace - DVC, 125 Cr.P.C., Hindu marriage act.

Any number of cases could be filed and u have to oppose or challenge in the court at the admission stage.
