Hello All
During visting my daughter aged 7 , i find a lot of alienation towards me . This is a result of brainwashing by ex-wife .
Can somebody give me some tips in countering it ? Your experience sharing in handling such cases would be most welcome.
Secondly is it impossible to get custody of a girl child below 12 years of age by father?

Mr.Shubho,
Minor children, whether legitimate or illegitimate, can claim maintenance from the parents. In the case of an unmarried daughter, maintenance includes the reasonable expenses of her marriage. An unmarried daughter is entitled to be maintanined so long as she is unable to maintain herself out of her own earnings or other property.
