Framing of issues

A petition was dismissed for default - non-prosecution of the plaint after some issues were framed. The issues were wrongly framed and some key issues were not included. Will this impact future proceedings when the plaint is reinstated or in another proceeding or will the issues be deemed abandoned?

Also, in any proceeding until what time can someone ask for new issues to be framed or old ones to be edited?
