Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a Scentist educated at IIT Delhi, presently posted at Mumbai. My two brothers at Delhi used a false & forged Will & some some other forged documents to usurp my ancestral rights in Property etc. at Delhi. They even got the property Registered, Mutated and Fresh Building Plans Sanctioned at MCD, in their name using these false documents.
I have been fortunate to get several evidences of said Will and documents being false & forged uder RTI.
How shoud I proceed further, please?
