I have a decree passed by Saket District Court where in my uncles had agreed to buy the property from me for a certain amount and they had released an advance payment of 10% and the remaining 90% was to be released within 60 days which they failed to do so. Then I had filed for execution where in we had agreed for the auction of the property but now they have filed an application for return of the advance amount. The forfieture clause was not mentioned anywhere in the decree let me know can this amount be forfeited or not
