There is no regulation on registration of an overseas educational consultancy in India. However, bare requirements like registration under shops and establishment Act, Income tax etc....as required will be sufficient.

As a Law student i dont know much about the funds that are going to be invested in the education bill 2009.

 can u plz let me know about this bill and the funds, bureaucracy regarding this bill and the role of the govt to keep check on those parents who are not willing to admit their children in the school.
