Food adulteration complaint

Hello,

What is the process of complaining against a company for food adulteration? It is against a rice company where rice is adulterated.

When food products are adulterated, they bring down the nutritional value of the food and paves way for different types of health hazards.
Section 2(A) Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954, states the condition/circumstances under which a food item is said to be adulterated.
Sections 50 to 59, Food safety and Standards Act, 2006, impose penalities for the same.
