Flat transfer on my nam e

i have purchesed flat i paid stamp duty and registration but society not transfere the flat on my name they send maintenance receipt on original owner few flats are same issue if there any problem in future

Have you asked the committee why they are not transfering the flat in your name in the society record? have you applied to the society with the transfer set?, if yes, then society is bound to do it or communicate the member for any lacuna in the transfer set.
