Flat parking issue

Dear Sir, I bought one flat with one free car parking. Parking slot was allocated to me at podium. Now my slot has been given to some other flat owner. I have in mail that what parking they have allocated to me. Now they are saying that you can take parking slot in basement which I do not want. What is my legal right in this case? Thanks, Deepak

do you have a allotment letter of car parking with specific car parking designation?

if yes, then you can contest with the society. Also what rationale society is using to change the car parking facility?
