Flase Statement on theft

Hello sir, Recently, one of my family relative lost her laptop at her home. She went for office without locking door. Now she spreading Rumour that my brother had theft that laptop. But on the same day my bro was in hotel with his friends. I have CC TV recording of my brother that he was in hotel on that paticular time. So i want to proceed on her through court... As she created false statement and it effects my family honor. Pls help with suggetions to proceed against her
