I have filed a Civll Declaratory / Title suit in High Court to declare me as the Owner of a property. Now the matter is listed for FRAMING ISSUES and I am asked to file Evidence. Do I now have to submit all the concerned title documents in the High Court in ORIGINALS, or do I have to submit Certified Copies of all the Original documents which are in my possession?

You have already appointed a lawyer for your case.. why don't you ask him?
If the court insists you to produce the original documents then you have to.
