I got threat for life and limbs from one person and I filed 2 NCs and then written complains. Later I filed case in MM court Mumbai under 504, 506(ii), 507, 384 r/w 511 of ipc. I have voice files of accused threatening me on mobile adn printout of sms, 2 witness which may not come to court or possibly may give statement under influnce of accused. Witnesses have filed affidavits
What are the chances of my case. The order of process not yet initiated since last 1 year.
